Best Doggie swimming holes

On a hot summer hike there is no better look for your dog on a walk as a swimming hole.

Backpacker magazine has found what he believed to be the best swimming hole in the United States. It is North of Williamsport in the north-central part of the State in crystalline rock, Creek in Pennsylvania Loyalsock State forest. The anointed spot is spilling the old loggers trail, where yellow dog run, a rock face in the amazingly clear waters of Rock Creek. The hole is 8-10 metres deep, wrapped in a Hemlocks roof with shallow shelves of rocks, which facilitate entry for two or four legs swimmer.

Rock Creek has good swimming holes, galore, and this one may not even be your favorite. Old loggers trail is a 27-mile loop and the swimming hole in yellow dog run is six mile hike from the nearest base to the East, but can it from car park at the bridge over Rock Creek and following of the water upstream with a little bushwhacking for about a mile. If you want to join your dog in Baden, be prepared for some c-o-l-d water.

State and national forest are excellent scouting locations for Doggie swimming holes. You often unexpectedly come in shallow streams of this pool just deep enough for a few rounds on the dog paddling. Chances are that your dog well swim a hole before you excited and will race in the direction of the water on the ground.
